Published by Ukraine Cleaners as an educational planning resource related to its cleaning business. The examples are hypothetical and use the cited sources; they do not describe an observed home or a company cleaning procedure.
01 / READ & RECORD
Give every distinct floor its own row
Start with a room or a clearly described part of a room. Split the row when the material or finish changes, even if both areas look similar. A hallway and a kitchen can share a visit without sharing a care instruction. Include a threshold or border as a separate item if its identity needs checking.
Write the material and finish in different columns. A product label, installation record or matched care document is stronger identity evidence than color or a glossy appearance. If the evidence is missing, write unknown and name the document or person that could resolve it. An empty cell should never silently become permission to use the neighboring room's method.
02 / READ & RECORD
Compare sources before comparing tasks
The National Wood Flooring Association's maintenance page is a useful starting reference for a wood-floor row. Daltile's ceramic and porcelain guide has a different scope. These are examples of why the care-source column matters; neither source identifies the floor in your home. Match the installed product and finish before adopting a task or product direction.
For laminate, vinyl, stone or an unidentified surface, this planner supplies no care method. Keep its task pending until the applicable instructions are found. When a general guide and an installed-product instruction appear inconsistent, keep the disagreement visible and ask the maker or responsible installer to clarify it.

03 / READ & RECORD
Turn the comparison into a bounded request
Describe the ordinary task you want discussed, such as removal of visible loose soil in an accessible area, separately from whether a method has been confirmed. Add household clearing and access questions as notes. The matrix records a request; it does not authorize furniture moving or establish a cleaning provider's scope.
This resource concerns ordinary visible soil. It does not select a response to illness or contamination, prescribe disinfection, or assess damaged flooring. CDC distinguishes cleaning from sanitizing and disinfecting; a completed floor row does not prove those other outcomes. Keep repairs and restoration as separate questions.

04 / READ & RECORD
Read the plan across the rows
Before sharing the plan, check for a row that borrowed another area's finish, a care link without a matching product, or a requested task marked ready despite an unresolved material. The useful output is a comparison of confirmed and pending decisions, not one treatment for the whole home. Review the record again when a floor or its finish changes.
If you want to discuss help, review the optional service information below and confirm the specific areas, tasks and open questions directly. This worksheet does not establish included services or a company cleaning method.

EXAMPLES, KEPT SEPARATEWhat a bounded record looks like
Illustration only — hypothetical three-area comparison, not an observed home or cleaning recommendation
- Room or area
- Living room
- Material
- Wood
- Finish or coating
- Unknown
- Identity evidence
- Installation invoice says wood; finish not listed
- Applicable care document and section
- NWFA maintenance is background; installed finish instructions still needed
- Ordinary task to discuss
- Discuss ordinary loose-soil removal
- Unknown or access question
- Ask installer for finish record
- Decision status
- Pending care-source match
- Room or area
- Kitchen
- Material
- Ceramic or porcelain
- Finish or coating
- Exact installed product not yet matched
- Identity evidence
- Spare carton identifies porcelain; grout record missing
- Applicable care document and section
- Daltile guide is background; confirm maker and installation details
- Ordinary task to discuss
- Describe accessible floor area for routine care
- Unknown or access question
- Find installed-product and grout information
- Decision status
- Pending care-source match
- Room or area
- Entry strip
- Material
- Unknown
- Finish or coating
- Unknown
- Identity evidence
- No record; appearance alone is insufficient
- Applicable care document and section
- None matched
- Ordinary task to discuss
- Keep care choice pending
- Unknown or access question
- Ask property owner for product information
- Decision status
- Pending identity
The living room, kitchen and entry remain separate decisions. A source found for one area does not resolve the others.
Discuss the service scope
Once your area comparison is clear, you can read Ukraine Cleaners service information and ask whether the proposed tasks fit an available service. Carry the unresolved rows into that conversation.
